Roanoke, Virginia, like many other localities around the country, has a major affordable housing deficit. While no single organization can solve the problem on its own, the local Habitat affiliate is doing its part by building or rehabilitating nearly 20 homes annually, and it has bigger aspirations. We were fortunate to work with this great non-profit to articulate a vision and strategy designed to see it contribute even more to Roanoke families and communities through innovative housing development and construction approaches, new financing structures, and more.
