Blue Ridge Speech & Hearing (BRSH) is a non-profit that provides speech therapy, audiology, and occupational therapy services to under-served populations. We helped BRSH lay out a strategy to drive sustainable growth so the organization can support more people in more ways into the future. This included examining and modifying BRSH's product and service mix, improving its marketing approach, and building up its internal capacity for expansion.
