CCAP provides social services, including food, clothing, and financial support, to low-income residents if the City of Winchester, Virginia. Snowflake is helping the organization with it's first-ever strategic plan to articulate a clear vision and set a direction for the future. With our guidance, CCAP's strategy will clarify its role, leverage the capabilities of other non-profits, and ensure people get the help they need and move forward with their lives.
