Employ Prince George's (EPG) offers workforce development and related services that provide county residents opportunities to find employment and succeed in their jobs. Through an analysis and subsequent training, we helped EPG develop leadership capacity, transforming incumbents of top-level positions into strategic thinkers and innovators. EPG is now looking ahead as a team to see what it can do better, and how it can do more for the county.
