Municipal Government Capacity
Through InvestEAP, the State of Vermont offers guidance, resources, and consultation to local authorities to help improve cost-effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, and other elements affecting government capacity. The State awarded us an organizational development contract to help localities restructure, redesign workflows, acquire and develop qualified staff, build management capabilities to effectively handle front-line staff issues, and facilitate adoption and integration of key changes.
