Snowflake was engaged by the State of Vermont's InvestEAP to provide organizational development support to municipalities around the state. Services included executive coaching, training, human resources (HR) management, organizational assessment and design, and similar support designed to help local governments deal appropriately with people challenges, develop talent, and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
