We provided Executive Advisory services and support to the Director of Teegatha'Oh Zheh (TOZ), a Canadian non-profit that provides housing and support to low-income individuals with mental and behavioral health issues. Snowflake worked with the Director to review and evaluate strategic alternatives available in response to changing conditions, and provided cost/benefit decision support to help ensure selection of the best options.
