Jason SmithSenior Fellow, Organization
Jason has over 20 years of experience across sectors and industries. With a background in I/O Psychology, his primary areas of interest are organization design and human capital. He has advised and supported organizations such as the US Air Force, Defense Logistics Agency, US Fish and Wildlife Service, the State of Hawaii, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, NSF, the Federal Acquisition Institute, and many others. Prior to starting Piedmont Strategic Management, LLC, Jason had a key role in Deloitte Consulting's Federal Organization Strategies Service Offering, and also held management and SME positions with BearingPoint and FMP. He has an M.A. from Penn State, and a B.A. from Southern Illinois.
