Snowflake guided NANSV in developing its first-ever strategic plan, and now supports its implementation. The Alliance, which is a coalition of non-profits in Winchester and the Valley's counties, offers training, networking, and advocacy programs. Following its new strategy, NANSV has grown significantly, becoming a valuable resource for the area's non-profit community. Our Managing Director serves on the Alliance's Steering Committee.
