Sinclair Health Clinic

For more than 30 years, Sinclair Health Clinic (SHC) has been providing free or low-cost medical services to the un- and under-insured of Winchester and the surrounding counties. In 2019, SHC began accepting Medicaid, offering new opportunities for patients across the region. Snowflake helped the Clinic develop a new strategic plan for the future that will guide its efforts to provide more services to more people in the city and further afield.
