We helped the Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) develop its 50th Anniversary Comprehensive Plan (CP), setting guidance for river basin management for the next 20 years. Multi-stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and surveys informed SRBC during CP development and that of its Water Resources Program (WRP), a shorter-term, action-oriented plan to advance long-term goals for the basin and the Chesapeake Bay.
