We worked closely with the team at the Virginia Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (VAFCC) to develop clinic leadership, strengthening local strategy, governance, and management capabilities with an innovative education program. Supported by a grant, the program provided resources, training, and an interactive, cohort-based component that turns learning into action, improving capacity among boards and executives.
