SJ Technologies, Inc., is an 8(a) technology services firm. Having achieved and sustained an initial revenue goal, it needed to maintain performance and take the next step forward. Snowflake helped SJ lay out a strategy and design an infrastructure to both sell and deliver high-qualilty services to both existing and prospective new clients. We helped develop a growth plan and define a cost-effective organization and staffing model, phased for stages of growth. Encore Elite Partners (EEP) is a hospitality industry consultant and event organizer that reached a crossroads. It had several service lines with varying degrees of success, and want to maximize profitability. EEP needed to decide where to focus, and how. We assessed each subdivision to evaluate potential, and identified investments needed to leverage the best opportunities and execute really well. Today, EEP's Taste of the Blue Ridge is well-recognized and highly regarded for its farm-to-table destination events throughout the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding areas.
Smartly investing marketing dollars in a product with a cause
ProEventa, Inc, was a subsidiary of Grafton Integrated Health Network. The company created a mobile app to help parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) manage care, monitor results, and adapt strategies. The market needed to know about it! Snowflake profiled target buyers and developed marketing strategies tailored to priority segments, so it could focus its limited resources for the greatest returns. ProEventa generated substantial market interest - enough for another firm to acquire the company and take the app to the next level.
Expanding and thriving in a competitive market
AE Strategies, LLC is a small business human capital consulting firm. Having established itself as a well-regarded provider in the market, it sought to maintain and expand upon its position. The question was "how," and the answer was stronger business development capality and the capacity to deliver, supported by a cost-effective "back office." We helped AE upgrade its structure, talent, processes, and accountability mechanisms to improve performance across the business.
